You think so? Why?

I have some experience, I’ve been watching the markets since I finished highschool and have been watching bitcoin roughly since 2014. I think it’s at a point where it needs to cool down for a few months before finishing the year with a blast. Things tend to pick up towards the end of the year across markets.

I have a few doubts as to how much of an expert anyone can become when it comes to crypto. Since what is happening right now is unprecedented, there is no past to learn from. We can all go back and analyse the diagrams of BitCoin and alt-coin development and try to construct a narrative retrospectively, and then a meaningless coin like Doge throws all logic out the window. I don’t mean to question your expertise, but I doubt anyone who is not a billionaire with the financial means of manipulating the market could make any sort of prediction where cryptocurrencies will be half a year from now.
Most expert predictions I’ve heard so far has turned out to be wrong. Most of the few coins I read up on and invested in turned out really well, whereas a handful I was adviced to invest in by people more experienced than me have lost value. Regardless, they all move simultaneously with BitCoin, so there’s no use pretending I’m a smart guy.
